AFFC: Counselling Service

Action for Family Carers offer a confidential Counselling Service to unpaid family Carers across West Essex (Harlow, Epping & Uttlesford Districts) and North East Essex (Colchester & Tendring) free of charge. You will have an initial session to explore your needs followed by a further six sessions with a Counsellor. Counselling sessions can be face to face, online or by telephone depending on your preference.
