ACL: Family Learning

We offer FREE interactive courses to help you negotiate these tricky times. If you are a parent, grandparent or caring for a child or young person living in Essex we have support for you. We respond to need in the community, so we are frequently out in the community offering family support, from SEND, to understanding children a bit better, to mindfulness, to transitioning from nursery to school. We also provide family sessions such as arts and crafts.

Remote In-person

Further info

Courses are delivered online live & face to face at various locations across Essex and some flexible learning classes. None of the sessions are recorded because our learning is based on lived experience and we promote confidentiality and safeguarding as core values to our courses. You will come to non-judgemental, supportive learning sessions facilitated to support your family’s journey.

Free help includes support with early years, parenting, SEND support for parents, qualifications and employment, understanding the curriculum, specialist workshops and financial wellbeing.
