Mid and North East Essex Mind: North East Essex Sanctuary

The North East Essex Sanctuary is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health support. Our mission is to help individuals navigate mental health difficulties aiming to give people access to the right care at the the right time tailored to their specific needs. We collaborate with a wide range of partners so we offer holistic, joined-up care, making mental health support accessible to anyone aged 18+ living in North East Essex.

Is your life at risk? In an emergency call 999 for an Ambulance, or call NHS 111 (Option 2).

If you are not in crisis we are here to help. Delivered by Mid and North East Essex Mind we can help anyone experiencing: Anxiety or panic attacks; suicidal thoughts; may self harm (but do not need medical treatment); experiencing depression; hear voices; affected by post-traumatic stress disorder; trauma; who need support outside of normal working hours.
