Essex Carers Support
Essex Carers Support provide a wide variety of flexible support services directly to adult family carers. As a community based organisation we work closely with a wide variety of health and social care services to promote the rights of family carers. We can provide: Information, advice and guidance, support for your emotional wellbeing, a free counselling service, small grants to enable you to take a break from the pressures of caring and opportunities to connect with other local carer wellbeing groups.
