Tendring District Council: Housing Rents

Council Housing rent is due each Monday for the week ahead. If you are a Council Housing tenant and wish to discuss any issue relating to your rent account, then please get in touch. We can offer help/advice with claiming benefits, including Universal Credit, Housing Benefit, Discretionary Housing Payments including backdated claims for Universal Credit Housing Costs and Housing Benefit. We can chase possible missing benefit payments on your behalf and signpost or refer you to external agencies for debt advice and support.
