Fit 4 Life Together at Sailship

Fit 4 Life Together is a free project that is run by the Sailship charity which aims to support good mental health & wellbeing for all participants over the age of 18. We provide many activities and therapies for those suffering with mental health issues/addiction (for example, but not limited: guided meditation walks, counselling, group meetings, Art Therapy gardening, learn to grow your own food, preparing/cooking food together, learn construction and maintenance skills, learn wood work skills, arts and crafts, mindfulness and more.)

Who can use this service?

How are services delivered?

People over the age of 18 suffering with poor mental health-There is no commitment to this service. Clients are free to decide when they attend.
