Tendring Specialist Stroke Services
We offer supportive services for Stroke Survivors and Carers.We offer group sessions which include physio, cognitive and emotional therapy. We also offer counselling to survivors and their carers.TSSS brings people together to share, laugh, and have somewhere to go.Somewhere that people show understanding, tolerance and companionship; all important elements to recovery and ensuring life has a lighter side.
The Stroke Charity are funded by the NHS to deliver services post stroke, as well as the National Lottery and a range of partners. The Stroke Charity, actively engage in fundraising to support stroke survivors. Click here to visit our website:

How are services delivered?
Stroke survivors and their carers in Tendring.
Groups are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:30 to 12:30 in our Holland on Sea STAR Centre. We also have groups on Mondays in Brightlingsea Football club from 2pm till 4pm and Wednesdays at TCVS Hub in Harwich from 2 till 4pm.
