TeenTalk Harwich

Teen Talk Harwich is a charity which strives to empower young people and their families, by offering practical and emotional support for young people aged 11-25 years, to overcome challenges and help to change their lives for the better. We provide 1 to 1 sessions; School Outreach sessions; Weekly social groups for 11-16 years, 17-25 year olds, The Link Up 11-16 years ( for home educated, experiencing EBSA, or on part time school timetable); Pop in sessions throughtout the school holidays.

Although Teen Talk is based in Harwich, we cover the Tendring area, offering practical and emotional support. This may include:

  • Young People wanting to talk to us about: Feeling angry; Anxiety; Bereavement; Bullying; Family issues; Gender identity; School; Stress; Relationships; Exam stress and Peer pressure.
  • Reducing isolation, building confidence, resilience

Who can use this service?

Young people aged over 18 years can self refer.

Parents/ Legal Guardians need to refer for under 17 years.
