TeenTalk Harwich
Teen Talk Harwich is a charity which strives to empower young people / and families, by offering practical and emotional support to overcome challenges and help to change their lives for the better. We provide emotional and practical support for: Young people aged 11-25 years (1 to 1 basis); Parents/guardians (1 to 1 basis); Weekly social groups for 11-16 and 17-25 year olds; Activity sessions through school holidays and school workshops.

- Young People - May want to talk to us about: Feeling angry; Anxiety; Bereavement; Bullying; Family issues; Gender identity; School; Stress; Relationships; Exam stress and Peer pressure
- Family Support - We can help with emotional and practical suppot regarding: Difficulty getting them to school; Financial worries; Negative behaviour; Struggling with their anxiety; School transition; Worried about mental health

How are services delivered?
Teen Talk Harwich covers the Tendring area and provides emotional and practical support for young people aged11-25 years,parents/guardians.
Young people aged over 18 years can self refer. Parents/ Legal Guardians need to refer for under 17 years. Schools and agencies.
