Connect Without Limits

Monday Social Group
Every Monday evening, we have a Social Group designed for new members who may not feel comfortable to jump straight into our big group. We adapt this Social Group depending on the young people’s likes and interests. This group, like the Wednesday groups, caters to those at the older end of our age range.

Tuesday Social Group
Our Tuesday Social Group is designed for group members at the younger end of the age range, where young people can meet like-minded individuals of a similar age group, confide in each other and form friendships.

Wednesday Social Group
Our other Social Group is on Wednesday evenings, the next step following the Monday groups due to the increase in attendees. In this group, our young people really enjoy catching up with each other and sharing their experiences of Autism. We also have quizzes that some of our young people create. We encourage our members to share their passions and their hobbies, possibly finding something in common with another young person.

Face-to-Face Activites                                                                                                                                                                              Connect Without Limits provides a range of Autism friendly activities to not only help our young people enjoy socialising with like-minded people but also learn other skills that can benefit them in the wider community. These skills can include: teamwork, independence and building their confidence.These activities can be done with family members or carers for support or independently, depending on which the young person is comfortable with.
