SUMMIT - Shells

SHELLS Project - SUMMIT are part of the SHELLS project which is delivered by multiple partners only in areas of Tendring and Colchester to provide support for adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. ​​ The Health Advocate will work with you to address health inequalities. We can support you to register with a GP and attend health appointments with you, we can help you to find out more about additional housing services and provide you with an independent voice.
