A range of health and wellbeing activities can be found across the Tendring area including: Walton Community Larder; Oasis Community Cafe; Columbine Centre; Frinton Community Centre; Coastlands church and many more. You can find further details of upcoming events via our website Calendar (check with venue first - subject to time/date changes).

Our hub provides a range of services including: CV assistance, book and puzzle exchange, free wifi, printing and photocopying (small charge, cash only), local information and FREE blood pressure cuff loan. It is also used for a variety of health and wellbeing outreach services from partners including: Citizen's Advice, Tendring District Council, Open Road, Essex Wellbeing, Food bank, Peabody, Tendring Energy Champions, and Bill clinic.
