Organisations across Tendring are offering free activities for families during the upcoming school holidays. Some of these activities include free meals and refreshments too.We have collated this directory of events and activities arranged across Tendring during the upcoming school holidays. These are all free to attend (unless stated) and some will include a meals and refreshments too, which will help with Holiday Hunger. Please check out the details on each event if you need to book your space, and if so, you will need to contact the organisation directly.

Many families are already facing financial hardship during the cost-of-living crisis. School holidays can add extra strain, as they may not be able to afford family days out or do activities. And although some children from low-income families can access free school meals during term time, there isn’t necessarily the same support during the school holidays.
