Young Minds Dementia Group
Come to our weekly group to meet with Young Onset Dementia adults in a warm, caring environment. If you are in your 50's, 60's or young at heart 70's and have been newly diagnosed with dementia or Alzheimers we can provide support to help manage the condition and stay independent. We achieve this through: information, age approriate activities and knowledgeable speakers. Activities and social events planned throughout the year. There is no charge for this service. People are welcome to drop-in, no need to sign up in advance.

How are services delivered?
Face to Face at The Stroke & Wellness Centre, Holland on Sea, CO15 5UH. People are welcome to drop-in, no need to sign up in advance.
FREE parking close by (free for 2 hours). Disabled access and disabled facilities available.
