For over a decade, our leading UK charity’s free services and community have been here to provide hope, empathy and support to the families affected by a perinatal mental illness and to support parents from conception through to birth and beyond.

Our support services are operated by our highly trained team of PANDAS volunteers who are here to help you in confidence. We have the following services available:
- Bookable callbacks
- WhataApp support
- Weekly Zoom support calls on a Monday morning and a Wednesday evening.
- Face to face groups in the Colchester (Essex) area
- 1:1 peer support scheme
- Antenatal Mental health course

How are services delivered?
We have in person groups in Colchester (Essex) but all other services are delivered online. We have new in person groups opening in other areas you can find all locations on our website
