Who can use this service?
We often take referrals from social services/social workers, schools, parents, housing association community officers and social prescribers.
How are services delivered?
Face-to-face within the community, in schools, family homes and our dedicated wellbeing centre. Where appropriate, some support can also be provided online.
There is a cost for some services.
