The Male Carers Support Group has been designed by men with lived experience of caring and is delivered in partnership with clinicians and healthcare students. It provides a safe, welcoming space to share experiences, gain practical knowledge, and connect with others who understand the challenges of caring..If you supporting a loved one, you are not alone. We are here to support you.

Our Mission : To provide education, guidance, and support around: : Wellbeing and self-care; Understanding caring roles and responsibilities; Practical advice and future planning & Safety, support, and available resources

Male carers across North Essex.

How are services delivered?

In person at the Hub.- fortnightly sessions on a Tuesday afternoon.
